Co-Founder
Zoë developed the toughness and grit she brings as CEO of ZappRx while being a serial competitive athlete. Zoe attended Columbia University in New York City before launching her career on Wall Street. After working on both the sell side, at DeMatteo Monness, and the buy side, at Dawson Capital, Zoë ditched the corporate track to save bald eagles in Alaska. Realizing she had a passion for healthcare, Zoe worked at Boston-based athenahealth before founding digital health startup ZappRx at age 26. Through all these changes, Zoë has remained committed to upending the “safe” life path and empowering other first-time founder CEOs who are, like herself, onto big ideas and operating in spaces intended for established executives and large-cap companies. ZappRx has raised over $42M in venture funding backed by tech and biotech investors, including Atlas and GV. She has built a team at ZappRx that is 50% women. Zoë also advises startups MyLingo, Remy, and Boston Microfluidics. She is an angel investor in women-led startups including FutureFuel, ianacare, Pixi Cycling, and RDMD. In her spare time, Zoë enjoys shredding the Colorado ski slopes and racing her Mazda MX-5.
